The EAEF is a non-profit organisation aiming to establish Employee Assistance and Wellbeing as a core service within the workplace, highlighting the variety of services provided by our members and their organisations and perhaps more importantly, the multitude of benefits this can bring to employers and employees alike.
The EAEF has made great progress since its inception 20 years ago, thanks in no short measure to the various EAEF Board of Directors and our members who have been committed to progressing our industry and creating strong relationships throughout Europe and beyond. Not only is the EAEF a fantastic platform for professionals to meet, share ideas & best practice but it also provides a strong sense of community & togetherness, a place for people to collaborate and seek support from like-minded professionals
The challenge for the EAEF and its members is to ensure that we continue to represent the requirements of those individuals that we support and the ever-evolving demands of our customer organisations, ensuring the forum continues to be relevant and a ‘voice’ across Europe.
Members of the EAEF will benefit from a variety of opportunities including but not limited to networking, sharing expertise & best practice, joining an ever-growing community of professionals within the wellbeing sector as well as being at the forefront of employee assistance initiatives across Europe.
If you feel as though your interests, vision or values align with our forum then we would actively encourage you to join us, either as an individual or organisation. You will find a very welcoming community awaits, one which would welcome your input & collaboration and contribute to the very special ‘EAEF spirit’.
